Removing Stains From Leather and Vinyl

We have products that can remove certain stains from leather & vinyl but in our experience most stains soak into leather products and so are impossible to remove. In these circumstance we have to re-colour the area to bring it like new. Our technicians are fully prepared for any eventuality and can repair this type of damage without any difficulty but it can take more time to be repaired and is a lot more involved if the stain does not come off.

What will we do?

For a stain we will simply clean the area with stain removing products and see how it looks. If we are not completely happy with the finish we will then prepare & re-colour the item to provide a long lasting invisible repair.

How long will it take?

1 in 50 stains can not be removed easily so normally it will require re-colouring. In the unlikly chance that it will be removed it will only take a few minutes, but if the stain has soaked in and bonded with the leather a prep and re-colour should take between 1 to 2 hours to fix, but repairs are not something that can be rushed so please allow more time if possible.

What will the repair look like?

The repair will look very much like new.

The products we use are tried and tested and repairs will wear in the same way as the rest of the item.

What would we need?

For this type of repair we would simply need power and enough room to work. For insurance purposes we are unable to undertake repairs on main roads or busy areas. We can also provide a temporary shelter if it is raining in most circumstances.
