How long will a repair last?

The products we use are tried and tested and repairs will wear in the same way as the rest of the item.

Can you work outside when its raining?

Yes, normally we can put up a temporary shelter that allows us to work outside. We do need a bit more space though on these occasions.

Do you repair leather jackets?

Yes, leather jackets can be posted to us for repair and we should be able to return it to you within 7 days. Please contact us first before you send items.

Do you repair leather on boats?

Yes, we can repair both leather & vinyl on boats. We can visit any South West Marina to undertake work.

Do you repair splits to convertible roofs?

Yes, but due to the amount of wear a roof gets from the elements and the process of putting a roof up and down this normally has to be a patch due to the strength needed to repair such an item.

Can you repair dashboards?

Yes, we can repair both vinyl and plastic on dashboards.

Can you repair door panels?

Yes, we can repair both vinyl and plastic on door panels.

Do you have any job vacancies?

Sorry no, but we do offer a franchise option.

Can you clean stadium seats?

Yes, but we would need advanced notice to prepare this.

Do you repair Aniline Leather?

Yes, but normally just small repairs as it's quite difficult to deal with.

Do you sell repair kits?

No, it's a bit like giving someone a scalpel and a needle and tread and asking them to a heart bypass. We don't believe in them and for this reason we don't sell them.

How long will a repair take?

This really depends on the repair. Click here and select the repair you require for more information.

Can you visit me at work?

Yes, but we do need power, a safe place to work and if it is raining some cover.

Can I send you a leather jacket for repair?

Yes, you can find the address on our contacts page but please contact us before you send anything to make sure we can help.

Can you provide and insurance quote?

Yes, although we would have to charge a call out fee for an inspection if we were not doing any work.

What is the best way to protect leather?

We have a variety of products to protect both leather and vinyl. The best way to find a product is to visit our Leather Help page, choose the type of leather you would like to protect and then view all the products available.
